摘要
目的观察动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法将60例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为入组观察患者,运用数字表法随机分组,对照组、研究组中各30例。对照组接受动态血糖监测联合胰岛素注射治疗,研究组接受动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗。比较两组患者的血糖、胰岛素水平、血糖达标时间与住院时间及妊娠结局。结果研究组空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标、空腹胰岛素水平等检测数值,低于对照组平均值,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血糖达标时间、住院时间等指标,短于对照组平均值,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率6.67%,低于对照组指标26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗方法,对妊娠期糖尿病患者具有确切的临床效果,能够稳定患者血压值、胰岛素水平等,并缩短治疗时间和出院时间,有效改善妊娠结局,在临床中具有进一步推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efiect of dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump on patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin injection,and the study group received dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump.The blood glucose and insulin levels,the time of blood glucose normalization,the length of hospital stay and the pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose index,2 h postprandial blood glucose index and fasting insulin level in the study group were lower than the mean value of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose reaching time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than the mean value of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was 6.67%lower than 26.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump therapy has definite clinical effect on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,which can stabilize the blood pressure and insulin level of patients,shorten the treatment time and discharge time,effectively improve the pregnancy outcome,and has the value of farther promotion in clinic.
