摘要
我国高铁快运业务经过近十年的发展,以高铁快运柜为主要载运方式的小批量高铁快运业务已初见成效,快运柜车次覆盖面和利用率明显提高。在业务规模高速发展的背景下,如何以收益最大化为目标优化高铁快运柜运营网络,成为提升高铁快运柜运营效率的关键。在分析高铁快运柜运营现状及存在问题的基础上,综合考虑高铁快运柜运费收入及办理站补强高铁快运设施固定成本,构建高铁快运柜运营网络布局模型,利用遗传算法对模型进行求解,提出高铁快运柜运营网络布局方案,为进一步扩大快运柜覆盖面、提高利用率提供理论支撑。
After nearly ten years of development of China's high speed railway(HSR)express business,the small-batch HSR express business with HSR express containers as the main mode of transportation has achieved initial results,and the coverage and utilization rate of the railways with express containers have been significantly improved.Under the background of rapid development of the business scale,how to optimize the operation network of HSR express containers while maximizing revenue has become the key to improving the operation efficiency of HSR express containers.Based on analyzing the current situation and existing problems of HSR express container operation,this paper comprehensively considered the freight income of HSR express containers and the fixed cost of the handling station to reinforce the HSR express facilities.As a result,an operation network layout model for HSR express containers was constructed,and a genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Furthermore,an operation network layout plan for HSR express containers was proposed,which provides theoretical support for further expanding the coverage of the express containers and improving the utilization rate.
