基于可控电源调节系统的高利用率高压电源设计

摘要 为减少非工作时间的有源输出能耗,补偿电压的变化,设计一种降压-升压电源调节系统。该系统为一种开关式稳压电源,基于无压降多级分压整流器和555定时器设计,根据555定时器调节可控占空比,输出电压可以高于或低于输入电压。并提出采用倍压整流的方式改进桥式整流从单个交流电(Alternating Current,AC)获得更多稳压直流源(Direct Current,DC)的设计方式。研究过程采用Proteus8进行电路的设计和仿真。该系统相较于传统线性电源实现85%以上的利用率,具有很好的高频率工作特性,可工作于20~150 kHz的频率范围内,很好地满足当前电源集成电路(Integrated Circuit,IC)方向设计上的需求。 To reduce the energy consumption of the active output during non-working hours and compensate for the voltage changes,a voltage-lowering-boosting power regulation system is designed.The system is a switching regulator power supply.Based on the design of multistage voltage divider rectifier without voltage drop and 555 timer,the duty cycle can be adjusted according to 555 timer,and the output voltage can be higher or lower than the input voltage.The design method of using voltage doubling rectifier to improve the bridge rectifier to obtain more stable Direct Current(DC)source from a single Alternating Current(AC)is proposed.Proteus8 is used in the design and simulation of the circuit.Compared with the traditional linear power supply,the system achieves 85%utilization and has good high frequency operating characteristics.It can work in the frequency range of 20 kHz to 150 kHz,and satisfies the requirements of current power integrated circuit(IC)direction design.
