摘要
高职院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,对培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质技能型人才发挥重要作用。当前,高职院校思想政治教育“三全育人”面临全员育人未形成合力、全过程育人未有效衔接、全方位育人未实现有机联动等困境,通过全员参与、全过程覆盖、全方位渗透,构建全员、全程、全方位协同育人机制和全面育人格局,切实落实“三全育人”工作理念,提升思想政治教育工作效果。
As an important part of China's higher education,higher vocational colleges play an important role in cultivating high-quality skilled talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,art and labor.At present,the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is faced with difficulties such as the lack of resultant force,the lack of effective link-up in the whole process,and the lack of organic linkage in all-round education.Through full participation,whole process coverage and all-round infiltration,a full-staff,whole-process and all-round cooperative education mechanism and a comprehensive education pattern will be established,the working idea of“three complete education”will be implemented,and the effectiveness of ideological and political education will be enhanced.
