摘要
目的:探讨蒙脱石散治疗小儿肠道感染的临床效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年3月番禺区妇幼保健院收治的158例小儿肠道感染患儿作为研究对象,根据随机双盲方式分为试验组与对照组,各79例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组治疗效果与临床指标。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。试验组腹泻停止时间、大便性状恢复正常时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:蒙脱石散治疗小儿肠道感染的临床效果显著,可快速缓解患儿腹泻症状,缩短患儿住院时间。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder in the treatment of intestinal infection in children.Methods:A total of 158 children with intestinal infection admitted to Panyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to random double-blind method,the children were divided into experiment group and control group,with 79 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given montmorillonite powder treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and clinical indicators in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).The time of diarrhea cessation,the time of stool characters returning to normal and the length of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Montmorillonite powder has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of intestinal infection in children,it can rapidly relieve diarrhea symptom and shorten the length of hospitalization.
