摘要
本文对声环境功能区划及环境噪声监测的意义进行阐述,分析了声环境功能区划的可行性与协调性,详细阐述了声环境功能区划基本方法。然后提出通过功能区噪声监测、噪声敏感目标监测、道路交通噪声监测,从根本上对环境污染进行控制,加快城市总体规划战略的实施。
This paper lay out the significance of sound environment function zoning and environmental noise monitoring significance,analyzes the feasibility of sound environment function zoning and coordination, elaborated the basic method of sound environment function zoning. Later, effective environmental noise monitoring measures are put forward, and environmental pollution can be controlled fundamentally through functional area noise monitoring, noise sensitive target monitoring and road traffic noise monitoring,and accelerate the implementation of the overall urban planning strategy.
