摘要
随着城市化和工业化的迅猛发展,我国能源使用量及碳排放量处于逐年增长的状态,导致工业发达地区的空气重污染现象越来越严重,以臭氧和PM2.5颗粒物为主要污染物的区域大气污染状况日益突出。挥发性有机物(VOCs)来源广泛,并参与大气环境中臭氧和二次气溶胶的形成,进而引发灰霾、光化学烟雾等大气环境问题。我国汽车喷涂行业产能快速扩张,非环保型溶剂的使用导致VOCs污染逐年加剧。因此,针对汽车喷涂行业V0Cs的现状调查以及后续控制措施的落实,是当前大气污染防治的目标和重要任务。
China’s energy use and carbon emissions are increasing year by year with the rapid development, resulting in the gradual deterioration of heavy air pollution in various industrially developed areas, and regional composite air pollution with PM2.5 and ozone as pollution factors is becoming increasingly prominent. Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) come from a wide range of sources,participate in the formation of ozone and secondary aerosols in the atmospheric environment, and then cause atmospheric environmental problems like smog. The rapid development of the automotive industry has made it an important industrial source of VOCs pollution in some regions. Therefore, controlling V0Cs emissions in the automobile spraying industry is a new goal and important task for air pollution prevention and control from many aspects.
