摘要
为了实现机组节能减排目标,提升供热管理水平,江阴苏龙热电有限公司构建供热智能调度系统。文中主要介绍了目前供热智能调度系统实现的主要功能。通过构建供热调度流量遥控、压力遥控、温度遥控的供热智能调度控制系统,实现机组侧对热网负荷变化的自动控制、快速响应,加强网、源协调控制。供热智能系统的报表统计、参数预警、负荷预测、负荷分配功能促使供热管控由传统的粗放型管理向精细化管理转变。智慧化、数字化的供热智能系统是实现供安全性、稳定性、经济性的有力保障。
In order to achieve the goal of unit energy conservation and emission reduction and improve the level of heat supply management,Jiangyin Sulong Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.has built an intelligent heat supply dispatching system.This paper mainly introduces the main functions of the current intelligent heat supply dispatching system.The intelligent heat supply dispatching control system of flow remote control,pressure remote control and temperature remote control for heat supply dispatching is constructed to realize the automatic control and rapid response of the unit side to the load change of the heat supply network,and strengthen the coordinated control of the network and the source.The report statistics,parameter pre-warning,load forecasting and load distribution functions of the intelligent heating system promote the transformation of heating management and control from traditional extensive management to refined management.Intelligent and digital heating intelligent system is a powerful guarantee to realize the safety,stability and economy of power supply.
