摘要
农用杀菌剂氟醚菌酰胺是我国自主创新农药,本文梳理了氟醚菌酰胺的专利申请概况,从化合物、制备方法、组合物、重要合成中间体等角度探讨了氟醚菌酰胺的专利申请和保护现状,以期能为国内研发单位在农药创制中的专利保护提供一定的帮助。
Fluopimomide is a fungicide that was independently developed in China.This paper provides an overview of the patent application of fluopimomide,and examines the strategy for patent application and layout,covering aspects such as the compound,preparation method,compositions,and crucial synthetic intermediates.The aim is to assist domestic R&D units in protecting their research on pesticides with effective patent strategies.
