摘要
脑卒中作为第三大致残原因对患者的身心健康造成严重危害,不利于患者的生活质量和社会参与。本文对脑卒中患者社会参与的评估工具、社会参与现状、影响因素、干预措施等进行综述,以期为开展关于脑卒中患者社会参与的相关研究提供参考。
As the third major cause of disability,stroke causes serious harm to the physical and mental health of patients,which was not conducive to the quality of life and social participation of patients.This article reviewed the assessment tools,social participation status,influencing factors and intervention measures of social participation of stroke patients,with a view to providing reference for the relevant research on social participation of stroke patients.
