一种导盲轮椅智慧控制系统设计及测试 被引量:2

摘要 针对盲人或残障人士出行难的热点问题,设计一种智能控制系统,为轮椅添加一双智慧“眼睛”,提高轮椅自动控制能力,方便其独立出行。导盲轮椅智慧控制系统的核心模块由硬件和软件两部分构成,硬件主要包括STM32F104单片机、避障模块、循迹模块和动力牵引模块等;软件主要包括电机驱动、避障系统和C语言程序等。通过模拟测试,控制模型在设定通道上,通过红外接收、GPS定位等传感器模块,将采集的路况信息传递到控制中心,由其判断和驱动轮椅自动完成了前进、倒退、转向和停止等运动,同时模型具有人行道循迹、红绿灯识别报警、自动避障和APP远程控制等功能。相比较已有的智能拐杖和导航手环等导盲产品,该控制系统功能更全面、使用更安全,为设计、制造新一代智慧导盲轮椅提供了技术基础。 Aiming at the hot issue that the blind or disabled people are difficult to travel,an intelligent control system is designed to add a pair of intelligent “eyes” to the wheelchair,which can improve the automatic control ability of the wheelchair to facilitate its independent traveling. The core module of the intelligent control system is composed of hardware and software. The hardware mainly includes STM32F104 microcontroller,ultrasonic module,tracking module and power traction module,etc. The software mainly includes motor drive,obstacle avoiding system and C language program,etc. In the simulation test,on the setting channel,the control model can firstly pass the collected traffic information to the control center with the sensor modules of infrared receiving and GPS,and then,can make judgments and drive wheelchair to automatically perform the actions like moving forward and backward,steering,stoping,etc. At the same time,the model has the functions of pavement tracking,traffic lights recognition and alarm,automatic obstacle avoiding,remote control with the APP,and so on. Compared with the existing guide products such as intelligent crutches and navigation bracelets,the control system has more comprehensive functions and safer use,which provides a technical basis for the design and manufacture of a new generation of intelligent guide wheelchairs.
