摘要
为了充分利用好水资源,满足节约能源的需要,该文采用模糊控制算法,设计了基于LabVIEW的节能雨水箱测控系统。针对节能水箱的两个输入变量和一个输出变量,即液位高度、水中杂质浓度和实际流出速度。根据模糊规则设置隶属度函数,使控制目标液位与实际输出保持一定范围的动态稳定。硬件系统是由传感器、信号调理设备、数据采集卡PCI-6024E等构成;软件平台是基于LabVIEW搭建而成。通过对仿真实验调试的分析,测试输出数据与设定数据保持在允许的误差范围,结果表明该测控系统结构合理、算法稳定,具有一定的市场应用价值。
In order to make full use of water resources and meet the needs of energy conservation,this paper uses fuzzy control algorithm to design an energy-saving rainwater tank measurement and control system based on LabVIEW. For two input variables and one output variable of the energy-saving water tank,liquid level height,impurity concentration in water and the actual outflow velocity. The membership function is set up according to the fuzzy rules,so that the control target liquid level and the actual output can maintain a certain range of dynamic stability.The hardware system is composed of sensors,signal conditioning equipment,data acquisition card PCI-6024E. The software platform is built based on LabVIEW. Through the analysis of simulation experiment debugging,the test output data and setting data are kept within the allowable error range. It shows that the measurement and control system has reasonable structure,stable algorithm and certain market application value.
