摘要
为解决高速公路管养企业内部建设、管理、养护、运营和安全等方面数据的互通共享和统一对外开放等核心需求问题,结合工作实际,基于应用程序接口(Application Programming Interface,API)网关原理和二次开发思路,设计一套建管养运安一体化资源能力开放平台。通过梳理、归类高速公路涉及的业务,构建高速公路资源能力开放平台和资源服务目录的总体框架方案;通过对现有的业务信息系统进行改造,使其满足与开放平台整合的条件,实现对内、对外的数据互联和共享。实际应用结果表明,该资源能力开放平台符合设计预期,应用效果良好,易于后续进行功能扩展。
In order to satisfy the core requirements of the highway engineering firms for internal operation data exchange and sharing in construction,management,maintenance,operation and safety and for the respond of external data demands,an resource capacity open platform for construction,management,maintenance,operation and safety is designed based on the API(Application Programming Interface)gateway principle with secondary development.The work is focused on the following:sorting and classifying the businesses associated with the highway construction and operation;design of the overall framework of the platform and the structure of resource service directory and system engineering.The transformation of existing business system is carried out to make it fit to the open platform.The internal and external data sharing and opening are realized.
