摘要
以某油船为研究对象,采用数值模拟技术对其开展快速性虚拟试验研究。依据船舶快速性数值计算经验,选取合适的网格划分策略、物理模型和边界条件等关键计算参数,分别对该油船的静水阻力性能、螺旋桨敞水性能和自航性能进行数值模拟计算,并对计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)计算结果进行分析,得到该船在自航状态下的推进性能。通过将该船的快速性虚拟试验结果与模型试验结果相对比可知,二者总体上符合性较好,计算精度能满足工程应用的要求。研究成果可供船舶设计与优化和船模试验结果分析参考。
Powering performance of a tanker is evaluated by using numerical simulation for virtual test.The process of the virtual test for a tanker is presented.The critical parameters,meshing,physical model and boundary condition are chosen based on experiences gained in practical numerical simulations.The resistance performance of the tanker model,the open-water characters of the propeller model and the self-propulsion performance of the ship model are calculated and physically tested.The comparison between the results from two processes shows that the calculation results are closed to the test results and meet the requirements of engineering application.
