摘要
高校后勤工作作为高校的教育基础,对高校的发展及大学生的培养有重要作用。目前高校后勤工作在长期发展过程中逐渐走向完善,但育人方面仍有亟待改善之处。本文分析了高校后勤服务工作的育人现状和存在的问题,探讨了高校后勤服务工作的育人价值,挖掘了新时代高校后勤的育人潜力,阐述了高校后勤服务育人实践策略,对高校后勤发挥其育人功能具有一定的参考意义。
As the basis of college education,logistics plays an important role in the development of colleges and universities as well as cultivation of college students.At present,the logistics work is gradually improved in the long-term development,but there are still some areas to be improved in the aspect of education.This paper analyzes the educational status and existing problems in college logistics service,probing into its educational value,excavating the potential of college logistics education in the new era,expounding its practical strategy,which is of reference significance for the logistics of colleges and universities to play its educational function.
