麻杏石甘汤治疗支原体肺炎临床疗效及对IgG、IgM、IgA水平的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction on clinical efficacy and IgG,IgM and IgA levels in patients with mycoplasma pneumonia

摘要 目的观察麻杏石甘汤治疗支原体肺炎患者临床疗效及对IgG、IgM、IgA水平的影响。方法将我院130例支原体肺炎患者随机分为常规组与研究组各65例。常规组接受西药抗感染、退热治疗,研究组在此基础上联合麻杏石甘汤治疗,治疗周期均为7d。比较两组治疗效果、免疫球蛋白水平和外周T淋巴细胞水平,统计比较两组不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)各项指标均高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于常规组(P<0.05),CD8+低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤可增强支原体肺炎患者免疫功能,疗效确切且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Maxing Shigan Decoction in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia and its effects on IgG,IgM and IgA levels.Methods A total of 130 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into conventional group and research group,65 cases in each group.Conventional group received anti-infection and antipyretic treatment with western medicine,while experimental group received Maxing Shigan Decoction on the basis of conventional group,the treatment period was 7 days.The therapeutic effects,immunoglobulin level and peripheral T lymphocyte level were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was counted and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),all the indicators of IgG,IgM and IgA in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while CD8+was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the incidence was much lower in research group than conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan Decoction can enhance the immune function of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia,and it is effective and safe,and worthy of clinical application.
