摘要
目的了解成都市辖区内医疗机构病案科室内部建设及人员情况等现状,为全市各医疗机构加强病案科室规范化建设提供参考依据。方法2019年5月1日-6月30日采用问卷调查法收集131所医疗机构的基本情况、病案科室设置情况、人员配置情况等资料。通过SPSS21.0统计软件进行描述性分析,差异性分析采用χ2检验。结果公立医疗机构和民营医疗机构的病案科室作为独立科室存在的比例分别为46.67%和56.09%。病案管理人员与平均编制床位配备比例分别为1:135.6和1:167.4。病案科室人员学历层次均以本科学历为主,编码人员平均年龄集中在30岁-39岁之间,外派进修次数基本为零。该市医疗机构信息化建设水平良莠不齐,无纸化病案系统保存仅占4.44%和9.75%。结论病案管理人员与床位配置比不合理。需要重视科室人员队伍建设,提供更多地学习机会,提升其编码和统计业务能力。同时需加强科室信息化建设,为进一步适应医疗付费方式改革做好充足准备。
Objectives To investigate the present situation of internal construction and personnel of medical record departments in medical institutions under the jurisdiction of Chengdu,and provide reference for the standardization construction of medical record departments in the city.Methods From May 1st,2019 to June 30th,2019,questionnaire survey was used to collect the basic information,medical record department settings,personnel allocation and other information of 131 medical institutions.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for descriptive analysis andχ~2 test was used for difference analysis.Results The proportion of medical record departments as independent departments in public and private medical institutions was 46.67%and 56.09%respectively.The ratio of medical record management personnel to average beds was 1:135.6 and 1:167.4,respectively.Medical record management personnel and medical record department personnel were mainly bachelor degree,the average age of coding personnel was concentrated between 30 and 39 years old,and the number of overseas training was basically zero.The level of information construction in the city’s medical institutions was uneven,and only 4.44%and 9.75%of the paperless medical record system were preserved.Conclusions Under the development of the new situation,the ratio of personnel to beds in medical institutions in Chengdu was unreasonable.It was necessary to pay more attention to the construction of department staff,provide more learning opportunities,and improve their coding and statistical capabilities.At the same time,it was necessary to strengthen the information construction of the department in order to further adapt to the reform of medical payment mode.
