摘要
目的探讨自我护理模式对中老年慢性牙周炎种植治疗患者自我效能、自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月在青岛大学附属青岛市口腔医院进行种植治疗的中老年慢性牙周炎患者100例,按照两组患者基础资料具有匹配性的原则分为试验组及对照组各50例。对对照组患者行常规护理,对试验组患者实施自我护理模式。比较两组患者干预前后患者自我效能、自我管理能力及术后症状改善情况。结果干预后,试验组患者口腔保健自我效能量表(SESS)评分为(66.62±5.44)分,自我管理能力评分为(68.68±3.44)分显著高于对照组及干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,试验组患者改良龈沟出血指数(Modified Sulcus Bleeding Index,mSBI)、改良菌斑指数(Modified Plaque Index,mPLI)及探诊深度(Probing Depth,PD)指数分别为(0.91±0.10)分、(0.98±0.12)分及(2.43±0.12)mm,显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对中老年慢性牙周炎种植治疗患者实施自我护理模式干预,能够有效提高患者自我效能及自我管理能力,同时有助于促进患者症状的康复。
Objective To explore the effect of self-care model on the self-efficacy and self-management ability of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis implant treatment.Methods A total of 100 middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis who received implant treatment in this hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the principle of matching the basic data of the two groups of patients,50 cases of each.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received self-nursing mode.The self-efficacy,self-management ability and postoperative symptom improvement of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the oral health self-efficacy scale for self-care(SESS)score was(66.62±5.44)points,the self-management ability score was(68.68±3.44)points,significantly higher than the control group and before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and Modified Sulcus Bleeding Index(mSBI),Modified Plaque Index(mPLI)and Probing Depth(PD)were(0.91±0.10)points,(0.98±0.12)points and(2.43±0.12)mm,significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of self-care model intervention for middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis implantation treatment can effectively improve patients'self-efficacy and self-management ability,and at the same time help promote the recovery of patients'symptoms.
