摘要
由于施工环境的复杂性使得使用不同节地措施产生的效益存在较大差异,为了精确评价各种节地技术的效益,采用实地调研与文献法筛选出18项评价指标并建立评价指标体系.通过topsis-熵权法对各节地措施综合效益进行评估分析,从小样本数据中快速精准为施工单位选出与施工环境条件相符合的节地措施.最后,以陕西安康某大型建设项目施工中的综合效益评价为研究对象进行分析,验证评价指标和方法的科学合理,具有指导意义。
Due to the complex and diverse construction environment,the comprehensive benefits of different land-saving measures are quite different.In order to accurately evaluate the benefits of various land-saving measures,18 evaluation indicators and the evaluation index system are selected by field research and literature method.Through the mission-entropy weight decision-making method,the comprehensive benefits of each land-saving measure are evaluated and analyzed.From the small sample data,the construction unit selects the land-saving measures that are consistent with the construction environment conditions.Finally,the comprehensive benefit evaluation in the construction of a large-scale construction project in Ankang area of Shaanxi Province is used as the research object to carry out empirical analysis,verifying that the evaluation indicators and methods are scientific and reasonable,and the evaluation results are accurate and instructive.
