摘要
最大允许尺寸示值误差是三坐标测量机测量综合精度的一个重要指标,本文就测量软件建立坐标系对三坐标测量机测量量块时的影响、产生的原因、以及解决方法进行了分析,为进一步提高测量机整体精度提供技术支持。
The maximum allowable dimension indication error was an important indicator of the comprehensive measurement accuracy of CMM. The influence of the coordinate system established by the measurement software on the measuring block of CMM, the causes, and the solutions were analyzed to further improve the overall accuracy of CMM.
