摘要
政治经济学总是随时代变迁和经济社会发展而不断发展的,从资本主义政治经济学到社会主义政治经济学再到中国特色社会主义政治经济学,无不体现了政治经济学的时代性。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,世界也在经历百年未遇之大变局,国内国际面临的一系列新问题、新挑战,产生了对新时代政治经济学的理论需要。习近平经济思想不仅是新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学的最新理论成果,同时也对当代资本主义政治经济学和人类命运共同体的政治经济学做出了重要理论贡献,开启了新时代政治经济学的新征程。新时代政治经济学从研究范围来说,包括当代资本主义经济、当代社会主义经济、经济全球化与国际经济关系;从研究对象来说,主要包含劳动、资本和生态三个核心范畴及其相互关系。社会主义生态文明经济体现了劳动、资本和生态三重修复的有机统一,是新时代中国特色社会主义的重要经济形态,也是新时代政治经济学的重要研究内容。
Political economy develops with the changing times and social development, from capitalist political economy to socialist political economy and to socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics, reflecting the epochal characteristics of political economy.Since the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters the new era, the world is experiencing profound changes unseen in the last century, and a series of domestic and international problems and challenges call for a new theory, the political economy in the new era.Xi Jinping’s economic thought is not only the latest theoretical achievement of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era, but also important theoretical contributions to the political economy of contemporary capitalism and the political economy of a community with a shared future of mankind, which creates a new start for the political economy in the new era.As for the scope of fields of research, political economy in the new era includes contemporary capitalist economy, contemporary socialist economy, economic globalization and international economic relations.In terms of objects of research of the political economy in the new era, it mainly contains labor, capital, ecology and the correlations among them.Socialist economy of ecological civilization embodies the organic unity triple fix of labor, capital and ecology, which is an important economic form of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the important subject of research of the political economy in the new era.
