摘要 高校辅导员是青年学子的知心人与引路人,在高校思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要作用,其职业倦怠现象极为常见并引发学界关注。围绕个体在“身份建构”中的向往、确认、迷失、逃离与再协商,本研究以自我民族志的研究范式从另一角度探究辅导员职业倦怠现象。研究发现,在数十年的职业生涯中,辅导员为时间所困,为情绪所扰,为双重身份所忧,为科层体系所规训,为自我认知所惑,为“镜中我”所累。基于此,明确辅导员“育人”首要身份,顶层设计并支持辅导员专业化、职业化发展,方能有效促进辅导员自我身份的协商,缓解职业倦怠现象,走出身份困境。 College advisors are the confidants and guides of young students and play an important role in ideological and political education in universities.The phenomenon of professional burnout among advisors is very common and arouses academic attention.Focusing on the individual's aspirations,confirmation,loss,escape and renegotiation in"identity construction",this study explores the phenomenon of advisor professional burnout from another perspective using the research paradigm of self-ethnography.The study found that in decades of professional life,advisors are trapped by time,disturbed by emotions,worried by dual identities,disciplined by bureaucratic systems,confused by self-cognition and tired by their"mirror selves".Based on this,it is clear that the primary identity of advisors is to"educate people",and top-level design and support for the professionalization and vocational development of advisors can effectively promote the negotiation of advisor self-identity,alleviate professional burnout phenomena and get out of identity predicaments.
