摘要 以巴马—凭祥公路巴马至田东段No2合同段那立隧道工程为背景,从隧道进洞施工、洞身开挖及支护、不良地质段处理、爆破方案设计及监测、施工组织及质量和安全控制措施等方面,系统研究了复杂条件下隧道的快速施工技术。施工组织过程中采用合理的施工机械,循环进尺,控制注浆质量,及时施作仰拱,减少不良地质反应,保证施工进度;隧道按新奥法施工进行设计,进洞围岩级别较差处采用超前大管棚超前支护施工,根据围岩性质和隧道参数,选用不同的复合式衬砌型式及仰拱施工;施工现场不良地质段采用物探和超前水平地质钻探相结合的方法,提前做好应急情况处理预案,预防隧洞塌方、涌渗水等不良地质灾害;根据围岩性质采用不同的断面开挖方法,加强振速安全监测,设计和优化爆破参数,实现最优爆破效果,达到快速施工的目的。研究结果具有较好的普适性,可为类似隧道开挖快速施工提供工程借鉴。 Based on the Nali Tunnel of No.2 Contract Section of Bama-Tiandong Section of Bama-Pingxiang Highway,the rapid construction technology of tunnel under complex conditions is elaborated in detail from the aspects of tunnel entry construction,tunnel excavation and support,treatment measures adverse geological section,blasting scheme design and monitoring,construction organization,quality and safety control measures.Reasonable construction machinery,circulating footage,controlling grouting quality,timely inverted arch construction,reducing adverse geological reaction and ensuring construction progress;The tunnel is designed according to the New Austrian Tunneling Method,the advanced large pipe shed is used for advanced support construction in the poor surrounding rock grade,according to the surrounding rock properties and tunnel parameters,different composite lining types and inverted arch construction are selected.The combination of geophysical prospecting and advanced horizontal geological drilling is used in the unfavorable geological section of the construction site to make contingency plans in advance to prevent unfavorable geological disasters such as tunnel collapse and water inrush.According to the properties of surrounding rock,different section excavation methods are adopted to strengthen the safety monitoring of vibration velocity,design and optimize blasting parameters,and realize the optimal blasting effect to achieve the goal of rapid construction.The research results have good universality and can provide some reference for the rapid construction of similar tunnel excavation.
