摘要
“心主神明”理论以藏象学说为基石,社会人文学、古代哲学与中医心理学思想渗透其中。随着研究的不断深入和临床的实践反馈,其内涵愈发深刻,现广泛运用于疾病的预防养生、发病原理、诊断辨证、治疗法则以及预后保健等。结合现代生理病理和循证医学的进展,“心主神明”的科学性得到证实,并形成了心血管科和心理科交叉的新兴学科——“双心医学”。“双心医学”强调精神心理因素对疾病发生、发展的影响,以患者的主观感受为要,旨在跨越临床与人文的藩篱,追求心身健康的和谐统一状态。
The theory of‘Heart governing Shen’is based on the theory of visceral manifestation,in which social humanities,ancient philosophy,and psychology of TCM permeate.With the deepening of research and clinical practice feedback,the connotation of‘Heart governing Shen’is more and more profound,it is now widely used in disease prevention and health preservation,pathogenesis,diagnosis and syndrome differentiation,treatment rules and prognostic health care.By reviewing the progress of modern physiology and pathology and evidence-based medicine,the scientific nature of‘Heart governing Shen’has been confirmed,and a new interdisciplinary discipline of cardiovascular and cardiology-‘psycho-cardiology medicine’has been formed.‘Psycho-cardiology medicine’emphasizes the influence of mental and psychological factors on the occurrence and development of diseases and respects the subjective feelings of patients.It aims to transcend the clinical and humanistic barriers,so as to achieve a harmonious and unified state of mental and physical health.
