摘要
在2021年2月21日中央一号文件发布《中共中央国务院关于全面推进乡村振兴加快农业农村现代化的意见》,在系列文件中指出:大幅度的推进乡村的消费,尽快把县乡村三级农村物流体系完善清楚,整改加强乡村的收发快递的物流基础塔建,更加彻底地促进电子商务走进乡村和农产品走出乡村进入城市,让城乡生产与消费更直接有效的对接。为加快电商服务进入乡村的步伐,自2018年起国家陆续出台了相关支持的政策。有了政策的扶持,农村电商也迎来了更大的发展契机。作为助力电商走进农村的主要基础设施,在规划建设农村电商服务站时,应在建设资金上得到了相关政策的帮扶。作为农村电子商务发展的一种新模式,探索经营中存在的问题、产生的原因及应对措施,对发展农村电子商务具有十分现实的意义。
On February 21,2021,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization,which pointed out in a series of documents that:rural consumption should be greatly promoted,the county-rural three-level rural logistics system should be improved as soon as possible,the logistics infrastructure of sending and receiving express delivery in rural areas should be rectified,e-commerce should be more thoroughly promoted,and agricultural products should go out of rural areas and into cities,so that urban and rural production and consumption can be more directly and effectively connected.In order to speed up the pace of e-commerce services entering the countryside,since 2018,the state has successively introduced relevant supporting policies for this kind of problems.With the support of policies,rural e-commerce has also ushered in a greater development opportunity.As the main infrastructure to help e-commerce enter the countryside,when planning and constructing rural e-commerce service stations,it should be helped by relevant policies in terms of construction funds.As a new mode of rural e-commerce development,it is of great practical significance to explore the existing problems,causes and countermeasures in the management.
