摘要
燃气轮机进气过滤系统是确保机组安全运行的重要部件,针对燃气轮机进气过滤系统缺乏性能在线计算的问题,提出采用压降损失修正值和过滤效率在线监测相结合的方法,对进气过滤系统的健康状态进行评价。分析进气过滤系统的影响因素,引入多个影响因子,通过将实际运行工况折合到标准工况下,对压降损失进行修正,可实现对过滤系统堵塞失效的评估。研制了过滤效率在线监测装置,提出了过滤效率的计算方法,拟定了过滤系统性能的评价准则,可实现对过滤系统局部泄漏失效的评估。该装置和方法已经成功应用于北京太阳宫燃气热电有限公司,可以实现对进气过滤系统的在线状态监测和定量评价。
The gas turbine air intake filtration system is an important component to ensure the safe operation of the unit.In view of the lack of an on-line performance calculation method for the gas turbine intake filtration system,a method combining the pressure drop loss correction value and the on-line monitoring of the filter efficiency was proposed to evaluate the health condition.On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of the air intake filtration system,a number of influencing factors were introduced,and the pressure drop loss can be corrected by converting the actual operating conditions to the standard operating conditions,so as to realize the evaluation of the clogging failure of the filtration system.An on-line monitoring device for filtration efficiency was developed,a calculation method for filtration efficiency was proposed,and an evaluation criterion for the performance of the filtration system was drawn up,which can realize the evaluation of the local leakage failure of the filtration system.The device and method have been successfully applied to Beijing Taiyanggong Gas-Fired Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,and can realize on-line condition monitoring and quantitative evaluation of the air intake filtration system.
