复方氨基酸脂质体与重组人表皮生长因子联用治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的作用价值

The Value of Compound Amino Acid Liposomes in Combination with Re⁃combinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor in the Treatment of DeepⅡDegree Burns

摘要 目的 研究复方氨基酸脂质体与重组人表皮生长因子联用治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤作用价值。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2021年8月陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的100例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,按照随机数表法分成对照组和观测组,各50例。对照组使用重组人表皮生长因子进行深Ⅱ度烧伤治疗,观测组在对照组基础上进行复方氨基酸脂质体辅助治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、恢复周期、痛感、MMP-1与MMP-2表达、不良反应发生情况。结果 观测组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的70.37%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.279,P<0.05);治疗后观测组完全恢复周期明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观测组瘙痒、创口感染、行动受限的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的无痛患者百分比明显低于观测组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观测组创面基质金属蛋白酶MMP-1、MMP-2光密度值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在深Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗中,复方氨基酸脂质体与重组人表皮生长因子的联合治疗效果确切。在用药不良反应和疼痛感知上,两者联合用药治疗的效果优于重组人表皮生长因子单独用药。 Objective To study the value of the combination of compound amino acid liposomes and recombinant hu⁃man epidermal growth factor in the treatment of deepⅡdegree burns.Methods 100 patients with deepⅡdegree burns in 73rd Army Group Hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected,divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor for deepⅡdegree burns,the observation group received adjuvant treat⁃ment of compound amino acid liposome on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,recovery period,pain,MMP-1 and MMP-2 expression,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total treat⁃ment efficiency of the observation group were 96.00%higher than 70.37%in the control group,the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(χ^(2)=13.279,P<0.05).The complete recovery cycle in the observation group after treatment was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as itch,wound infection,and restricted movement in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the percentage of pain-free pa⁃tients in the control group was significantly lower than in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traumatic matrix metalloproteinase MMP-1 and MMP-2 optical density values in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of deep second degree burn,the combined treatment of compound amino acid lipo⁃some and recombinant human epidermal growth factor is effective.In terms of adverse reactions and pain perception,the effect of combination of the two drugs is better than that of recombinant human epidermal growth fact
