摘要
目的 分析肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者应用骨科外洗方配合推拿治疗取得的效果及价值。方法方便选取2020年1月—2021年12月泉州市正骨医院收治的64例肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各32例。对照组采取手法推拿治疗,研究组采取骨科外洗方配合推拿治疗。比较两组肘关节功能、疗效、肘关节活动度,以及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后研究组Mayo肘关节功能评分标准(MEPS)量表疼痛、活动范围、稳定性、日常活动评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组取得的优良率93.75%高于对照组71.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.379,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组肘关节主动伸直角度小于对照组,主动屈曲角度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者应用骨科外洗方配合推拿治疗效果确切,能够有效改善肘关节功能与活动度,安全性佳。
Objective To analyze the effect and value of orthopedic external washing prescription combined with mas⁃sage in the treatment of patients with joint dysfunction after elbow fracture.Methods Sixty-four patients with joint dys⁃function after elbow fracture surgery admitted by Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group accord⁃ing to the method of random number table,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with manual massage,while the study group was treated with orthopedic external washing and massage.The elbow function,cura⁃tive effect,elbow range of motion and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of pain,range of motion,stability and daily activity of the Mayo Elbow Performance Score(MEPS)scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the study group was 93.75%higher than that of the control group 71.88%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.379,P<0.05).After treatment,the elbow joint active straight⁃ening angle in the study group was amaller than that in the control group,and the active flexion angle was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant dif⁃ference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of orthopedic external wash⁃ing prescription combined with massage in the treatment of patients with joint dysfunction after elbow fracture has exact effect,which can effectively improve elbow joint function and range of motion,good safety,and has clinical promotion value.
