摘要
目的:探讨老年女性骨质疏松症颈骨骨折患者应用康复护理的效果。方法:研究对象为68例骨质疏松症颈骨骨折手术患者,均为本院在2019年3月至2021年3月收治的病例,分组方法为随机数字表法,对照组34例给予常规护理,观察组34例给予康复护理,观察组间护理效果。结果:观察组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月Harris评分高于对照组,并发症发生率(5.88%)低于对照组(32.35%),术后3个月各项生活质量评分高于对照组,护理满意度(97.06%)高于对照组(76.47%),组间比较P<0.05。结论:对骨质疏松症颈骨骨折患者实行康复护理有助于改善其髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率,优化其生活质量,营造良好的护患关系。
Objective:Discuss the effect of applied rehabilitation care in elderly women with osteoporosis neck fracture.Methods:The test subjects were 68 patients with osteoporosis neck fracture surgery,all of whom were admitted from March 2019 by our hospital to March 2021.The group method was randomized digital table,34 in the control group were given routine care,and 34 in the observation group were given rehabilitation care to observe the nursing effect between groups.Results:The Harris scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after the operation,and the complication rate(5.88%)was lower than that of the control group(32.35%).The quality score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%).The comparison between the groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing rehabilitation care for osteoporosis neck fracture patients will help to improve their hip function,reduce the incidence of complications,optimize their quality of life,and create a good protective relationship.
