摘要
目的探讨小儿输液中童趣化护理的应用对遵医行为与家属护理满意度的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月在我院输液治疗的126例患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=63)与对照组(n=63),对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施童趣化护理,对两组遵医行为、心理状态、自护能力及家属护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组遵医行为评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);两组干预后儿童焦虑自评量表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评分较干预前下降,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分较干预前提高,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论童趣化护理在小儿输液患者中的应用能够促进遵医行为和自护能力的提高,改善心理状态,更有利于家属护理满意度的增加。
Objective To explore the influence of children's interesting nursing in children's infusion on compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction of family members.Methods A total of 126 pediatric patients who were treated with infusion in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=63)and the control group(n=63)according to the random number table.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care while those in the observation group received child-friendly nursing care.The compliance behavior,psychological state,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of compliance behavior in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Children's Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SCARED)and Self-rating Depression Scale(DSRSC)in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care ability scale(ESCA)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing care of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of children's interesting nursing in children with infusion can promote the improvement of compliance behavior and self-care ability,improve the psychological state,and is more conducive to the increase of nursing satisfaction of family members.
