摘要
在农业科研事业单位日常运行和发展的过程中,针对单位绩效实施考核评价是非常重要的,能够为事业单位的发展提供更多的参考依据。现阶段,农业科研事业单位在开展绩效考核评价工作时,应该积极构建良好的机制,增强最终的评价效果。基于此,文章阐述了农业科研事业单位绩效考核的定义、原则与现状,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策,希望为相关工作的开展提供借鉴。
In the process of daily operation and development of agricultural scientific research institutions,it is very important to evaluate the performance of the unit,which can provide more reference for the development of the institution.At this stage,agricultural scientific research institutions should actively build a good mechanism to enhance the final evaluation effect when carrying out performance evaluation.Based on this,this paper expounds the definition,principles and current situation of performance appraisal of agricultural scientific research institutions,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on this basis,hoping to provide reference for the development of related work.
