摘要
目的通过节点控制方法,提高复用手术器械质量。方法运用“结构-过程-结果”质量评价指标,分析复用手术器械处理质量不合格的末端原因,确定器械处理流程中的关键节点,设置质量控制环节,以达到每个节点均可追溯和质量可控,提高复用器械处置合格率。结果节点控制后手术医疗复用器械包回收器械正确率、初处理质量合格率和清洗质量合格率均显著提高;器械包过期率和物品发放错误率均明显下降。结论节点控制质量管理系统可前瞻性发现质量中出现的问题并加以改进,从而提高复用医疗器械包的处理质量。
Objective To improve the quality control function of reusing surgical instruments node control method.Methods The“structure-process-result”quality evaluation index was used to analyze the end cause of the disqualification of reusable surgical instruments,identify the key nodes in the process of instrument treatment,and set up quality control links,so as to achieve traceability and quality control of each code,and to improve the qualified rate of reusable instruments disposal.Results After node control,the recovery accuracy rate,primary treatment quality qualification rate and cleaning quality qualification rate of surgical medical reuse instrument package were significantly increased.The expiration rate of equipment package and the error rate of item delivery were significantly decreased.Conclusion Nodal control quality management system can detect and improve the quality of reusable medical device package.
