摘要
近年来,韧性概念的相关研究成果被频繁地运用到城市系统面对不可预测风险的适应性策略中。研究通过对国内外雨洪韧性相关研究进行分析梳理,讨论基于雨洪韧性的规划和建筑设计实践方法,基于工程设计的视角,形成“目标工程脆弱性分析——物质要素层次划分——设计策略制定”的设计框架。具体操作步骤为:在对目标工程进行脆弱性分析后,将大学校园物质要素划分为规划格局、建筑布局及建筑细部3个层次,分别对应“基于GIS分析的多专业决策、基于Grasshopper的量化评估、基于NBS的建筑细部优化指引”3种设计策略。最后,研究以江西陶瓷工艺美术职业技术学院搬迁工程为例,通过多层次策略的进行设计优化,有助于提高校园整体应对雨洪灾害的能力,可为相似工程实践提供参考。
In recent years,the related research results of the concept of resilience have been frequently applied to the adaptive strategies of urban systems facing unpredictable risks.This paper analyzed and reviewed the relevant research on flood resilience at home and abroad,and discussed the methods of planning and architectural design practice based on flood resilience.From the perspective of engineering design,a design framework of"target engineering vulnerability analysis-components division-design strategy formulation"was proposed.The specific operation steps are as follows:after the vulnerability analysis of the target project,the components of the university campus are divided into three levels of planning pattern,architectural layout,and architectural details,corresponding to three design strategies of multi-disciplinary decision-making based on GIS analysis,quantitative evaluation based on Grasshopper and architectural details optimization guidance based on NBS.Taking the relocation project of Jiangxi Arts and Ceramics Technology Institute as the research case,the design was optimized through the multi-level strategy,which helps to improve the overall ability of the campus to defend against flood disasters and provides a reference for similar engineering practice.
