摘要
我国建筑行业高速发展,施工单位若想得到长期、稳定的发展,必须要在提升自身的技术实力以及建设质量的同时,对工程造价与成本实行合理管控,让工程效益获得有效提升,并将施工作业和环保工作联系起来,践行绿色施工的发展方针,积极响应绿色环保的号召,不断革新观念与技术,强化绿色施工以及成本预算管控,促使自身竞争实力得到有效增强。基于此,对绿色建筑工程中的造价预算和成本控制进行了分析,并提出了相应的策略。
With the rapid development of China's construction industry,if the construction company wants to achieve long-term and stable development,it must,while improving its technical strength and construction quality,implement reasonable control over the project cost and cost,so that the project efficiency can be effectively improved,and link the construction industry and environmental protection work,practice the development policy of green construction,actively respond to the call of green environmental protection,and constantly innovate concepts and technologies,Strengthen green construction and cost budget control to effectively enbance its competitive strength.Based on this,the cost budget and cost control in green building projects are analyzed,and corresponding strategies are proposed.
