摘要
随着社会经济的迅速发展,建设工程的规模也在日益扩大,施工单位在获得经济效益的同时承受着巨大的压力。如何对工程造价进行合理的控制,使其效益最大化,是目前亟须解决的问题。因此,对建筑工程施工阶段造价控制展开了探讨,对当前国内外工程造价管理的现状进行了分析,并提出相应管理建议,以期对今后建筑工程中施工造价起到一定借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of social economy,the scale of construction projects is also expanding day by day.The construction unit is under great pressure while obtaining economic benefits.How to reasonably control the project cost and maximize its benefits is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Therefore,this paper discusses the cost control in the construction stage of the construction project,analyzes the current situation of the project cost management at home and abroad,and puts forward corresponding management suggestions,hoping to play a certain reference role in the con-struction cost of the future construction project.
