摘要
建筑工程项目造价预结算审核是建筑工程施工管理的重要环节,审核工作质量将直接关系到整个工程的整体效益。在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中,施工单位必须不断提高自身的专业素质,明确工程造价预结算与工程效益的关系,掌握施工管理要点,提高工程造价管理水平,有效地开发和利用各种资源,对建设高质量的建设工程项目具有积极作用。基于此,对建筑工程造价预结算审核的内容和方法进行了分析,并结合工作中的难点,提出了建筑工程造价预结算审核管理标准化措施,为建筑工程项目造价提供了参考。
The audit of construction project cost budget and settlement is an important link in the construction management of construction projects,and the quality of audit work will directly affect the overall benefit of the whole project.In the increasingly competitive market environment,the construction unit must constantly improve its professional quality,clarify the relationship between project cost budget and project benefits,master the key points of construction management,improve the level of project cost management,effectively develop and use various resources,which plays a positive role in building high-quality construction projects.Based on this,this paper analyzes the contents and methods of the construction project cost budget and settlement audit,and puts forward the standardized measures of the construction project cost budget and settlement audit management in combina-tion with the dificulties in the work,which provides a reference for the construction project cost.
