摘要
市场经济的快速发展使得社会不断进步,建筑规模不断扩大。在房建施工中,房屋的防水防渗效果将直接影响.建筑质量。因此,施工企业应注重防水防渗技术的运用,选择科学.合理的防水防渗措施,提升房屋防水防渗性能,从而为住户创造更加安全、舒适的居住环境。基于此,分析了建筑防水防渗施工技术的应用情况,提出了防水防渗施工技术的优化措施,以期为相关从业人员提供一定帮助。
The rapid development of market economy has led to continuous social progress and building scale expansion.In the building construction,the waterproof and anti seepage effect of the building will have adirect impact on the building quality.Therefore,construction enterprises should pay attention to the application of waterproof and anti-seepage technology,select sci-entific and reasonable waterproof and anti seepage measures,and improve the waterproof and anti-seepage performance of hou-ses,so as to create a safer and more comfortable living environment for residents.Based on this,this paper analyzes the applica-tion of building waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology,and puts forward the optimization measures of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology,in order to provide some help for relevant practitioners.
