摘要
本文报道1例心肌淀粉样变患者,通过心肌活检、基因检测确诊为遗传性转甲状腺素蛋白型心肌淀粉样变,基因突变c.210T>A,p.Ser70Arg,该患者室性心律失常病史,植入心律转复除颤器进行二级预防。
This paper reports a case of myocardial amyloidosis,which was diagnosed as hereditary transthyroxine protein myocardial amyloidosis by myocardial biopsy and gene detection,with gene mutation c.210T>A,p.Ser70Arg.The patient had a history of ventricular arrhythmia and was treated with implantable cardioverter defibrillator for secondary prevention.
