摘要
2022年作为水利建设的大年,水利基础设施建设落实投资与完成投资均取得了历史性的突破。文章从水利建设落实投资和完成投资两个方面开展详细数据分析,分析水利基础设施建设特别是水利投资方面的多项特征,如水利建设落实投资呈现规模大、渠道多、速度快、水利建设投资重点突出、东中西部地区落实投资存在差距等;水利建设完成投资主要呈现水利项目开工数量众多、开工提前、工程实物量加快形成等。
2022 marks the fruitful year of water conservancy construction as historic breakthroughs have been made in the implementation and completion of investment in water conservancy infrastructure construction. This article carries out detailed data analysis from the implementation and completion of investment in water conservancy construction, and summarizes characteristics of water conservancy infrastructure construction, especially water conservancy investment. Among them, the implementation of investment in water conservancy construction is characterized by large scale, multiple channels, fast speed, prominent investment focus as well as gaps in the implementation of investment in the eastern, central and western regions. Meanwhile, the completion of investment in water conservancy construction is mainly featured by a large number of water conservancy projects, early commencement, and accelerated formation of physical quantity.
