我国粘胶纤维行业用水分析及节水建议

摘要 2020年我国粘胶纤维行业取水量接近3亿m3,是我国化纤行业中用水量最大的纤维品种。推动粘胶纤维行业节水工作是减少化纤行业用水量的关键。文章分析了我国粘胶纤维行业用水结构,包括用水工序及水质要求。并以某粘胶短纤维企业为例介绍了其用水结构及耗水量等。基于此,文章建议粘胶纤维行业使用机械式蒸汽压缩等先进节水工艺和设备、先进循环冷却系统和节水型器具;鼓励行业企业尝试分级利用和利用非常规水源,注重废水回用;加强用水管理,建设用水标准体系。 Water use in the viscose fiber industry ranks first among China’s chemical fiber industry with nearly 300 million tons in 2020.Therefore,it is key to promoting water conservation in the viscose fiber industry to reduce water consumption in the chemical fiber industry.The paper analyzes the water-use structure of China’s viscose fiber industry,including water-use processes and water quality requirements.In addition,the paper takes one viscose staple fiber enterprise as an example to introduce its water-use structure and water consumption,etc.On the basis of that,the paper recommends that the viscose fiber industry can use advanced water-saving processes and equipment such as mechanical vapor compression,advanced circulating cooling systems and water-saving appliances;encourage enterprises to utilize water sources in a graded manner and use non-conventional water sources and focus on reusing wastewater;strengthen water management and build a water-use standard system.
