摘要
本文基于2002-2020年的省级面板数据,测算了区域市场化水平和制造业出口技术复杂度之间的关系。根据研究结果可知区域市场化水平的提高有利于促进制造业出口技术复杂度的提升,其中东部地区的出口技术复杂度的提升最为明显。究其原因,市场化水平通过提高技术创新水平和降低交易成本提升了制造业的出口技术复杂度,前者表现为市场竞争的加剧形成倒逼机制,后者表现为流通壁垒的减少降低交易成本。因此要坚定不移地推动市场改革,协调促进各个地区的市场化改革进程,形成良好发展的市场环境,从而提高制造业出口技术复杂度,以高水平开放助力构建新发展格局。
Based on provincial panel data from 2002 to 2020,this paper measures the relationship between the regional marketization level and the technical complexity of manufacturing exports.According to the results of the study,it can be seen that the increase of regional marketization level is conducive to the improvement of technical complexity of manufacturing exports,among which the increase of technical complexity of exports is most obvious in the eastern region.The reason is that the marketization level improves the export technical complexity of manufacturing industry by improving the level of technological innovation and reducing the transaction cost,the former manifests itself as the intensification of market competition forming a push-back mechanism and the latter manifests itself as the reduction of circulation barriers reducing the transaction cost.Therefore,we should firmly promote the market reform,coordinate and promote the market reform process in each region to form a good market environment for development,so as to improve the technical complexity of manufacturing exports and help build a new development pattern with a high level of openness.
