摘要
放火火灾与一般火灾在痕迹、勘验、调查方面均有区别,通过相关火灾调查案例整理及模拟现场调查,总结放火现场异常、勘验重点、仪器设备辅助、特殊痕迹、现场物证提取等内容。根据模拟现场调查情况,总结现场痕迹体系及认定错误的情形,从调查角度分析错误产生的原因,为火灾调查人员提供参考。
There are differences between arson fire and general fire in traces,inspection and investigation. Through the arrangement of relevant fire investigation cases and simulated on-site investigation, the abnormalities of the arson site, the key points of investigation, the assistance of instruments and equipment, special traces, and the extraction of on-site physical evidence are summarized. Based on the simulated on-site investigation, the on-site trace system and the situation of identifying errors are summarized. The causes of errors are analyzed from an investigative perspective to provide references for fire investigators.
