摘要
城市更新为城市发展从“增量”转化为“存量”状态的必然趋势,更是资源日益紧张背景下城市发展的新途径。涉旧住房更新改造为城市更新的一项关键措施,本文以涉旧住房的更新改造为主题进行分析,探讨了其发展现况与优化对策。
Urban renewal is the inevitable trend of urban development from“increment”to“stock”state,and it is a new way of urban development under the background of increasingly scarce resources.The renewal and renovation of old housing is a key measure of urban renewal.This paper analyzes the renewal and renovation of old housing and discusses its development status and optimization countermeasures.
