摘要
伴随我国经济的快速发展,建筑行业也随之迅猛发展,进一步完善建筑工程造价管控效率的必要性也日趋凸显。工程造价管理属于建筑工程核心要素之一,实施造价管理可在确保施工效率及质量的前提下帮助企业有效管控项目造价,使经济效益实现最大化。当前所应用的管理手段仍存在诸多不足,所以需采取动态管理模式来不断完善企业实际管理水平。本文深入分析了现阶段建筑工程造价管理存在的问题,并提出优化建筑工程造价动态管理和成本措施。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction industry has also developed rapidly,and the necessity of further improving the efficiency of construction project cost management and control has become increasingly prominent.Project cost management is one of the core elements of construction engineering,and the implementation of cost management can help enterprises effectively manage and control project costs,and maximize economic benefits under the premise of ensuring construction efficiency and quality.There are still many deficiencies in the current management methods,so it is necessary to adopt a dynamic management model to continuously improve the actual management level of enterprises.This paper deeply analyzes the existing problems in the cost management of construction projects at the present stage,and puts forward measures to optimize the dynamic management and cost of construction projects.
