摘要
目的:研究耳穴埋豆干预心脏外科患者术前睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:选取我院2020年1月—12月心脏外科收治的50例术前失眠患者为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例)。对照组采用传统心理护理,观察组采用耳穴埋豆干预,比较两组睡眠障碍改善情况。结果:与入院当天相比,两组患者护理3 d后与手术前1 d的各项睡眠质量评分均降低(P<0.05);观察组护理后第3 d与手术前1 d的各项睡眠障碍评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆干预对心脏外科患者的术前睡眠障碍改善有显著疗效。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of auricular point embedding beans on preoperative sleep disorders in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods:A total of 50 cases of preoperative cardiac surgery patients with insomnia from Januuary to December 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery they were randomly divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases).The control group was with traditional psychological nursing,the observation group was with ear acupoint embedding bean intervention,the improvement of sleep disorder between the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the day of admission,the sleep quality scores of patients in the two groups were decreased 3 days after nursing and 1 day before surgery(P<0.05).The scores of sleep disorders in the observation group on the 3rd day after nursing and 1 day before surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of ear acupoint embedding bean has a significant effect on the improvement of preoperative sleep disorder in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.
