摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手,农业、农村和农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题。以镇巴县碾子镇乡村振兴示范镇建设为例,分析区位环境、历史沿革及经济基础,挖掘发展现状的优势与短板,充分抓住发展机遇,发挥资源优势,提出规划目标及策略,力求全面改善投资环境,走外向型经济发展道路,塑造“和谐镇巴、魅力山城”的特色城市形象。
Implementing rural revitalization strategy is the main focus of our work concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental to national economy and people’s livelihood.Taking rural revitalization demonstration town construction of Nianzi town in Zhenba county as an example,this paper analyzes the location environment,historical evolution and economic basis,explores the advantages and disadvantages of current planning,fully grabs development opportunities,gives full play to resource advantages,puts forward planning objectives and strategies,and strives to comprehensively improve the investment environment and take the road of export-oriented economic development.Create the characteristic city image of“harmonious Zhenba and charming mountain city”.
