煤矿用巡检机器人充电方法研究

摘要 基于煤矿用巡检机器人的作业环境和防爆要求,分析了各充电方式的优缺点,提出了一种基于能量变换的充电方法。巡检机器人与充电站之间通过机械联接传递能量,规避了电气直连充电的失爆风险,降低了充电对接的设计要求,为机器人在煤矿井下安全充电提供了新思路。试验表明该充电方法技术可行,可满足巡检机器人在煤矿井下的快速充电需求。 Based on the working environment and explosion-proof requirements of inspection robot for coal mine,the advantages and disadvantages of each charging mode were analyzed,and a charging method based on energy conversion was proposed.The inspection robot and the charging station transfer energy through mechanical connection,which avoids the risk of explosion loss of electrical direct charging,reduces the design requirements of charging docking,and provides a new idea for the robot to charge in underground coal mine.The test shows that the charging method is technically feasible and can meet the rapid charging demand of inspection robot in underground coal mine.
