超大采高工作面超前支架组支护参数研究 被引量:2

摘要 以上湾矿12401超大采高工作面大断面回风顺槽为研究对象,采用数值模拟、理论分析、现场实践等方法对超前支护参数进行了研究。通过数值模拟分析确定工作面前方19 m范围内巷道受超前采动影响剧烈,超前支护长度不低于19 m,理论分析结合实际生产情况确定超前支护强度不低于447.5 kPa。在此基础上确定使用ZFDC81100/30.5/55D型强力超前支架组,给出了支架组的主要技术参数并分析了窄形顶梁、低位互帮机构、非对称承载结构等设计方案。实践表明,超前支架组支护参数设计合理,巷道围岩得到了有效维护,可以满足超大采高工作面超前支护要求。 Taking the large section air return gateway of 12401 super large mining height working face in Shangwan mine as the research object,numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and field practice were used to study the advance support parameters.It was determined that the roadway within 19 m in front of the working face is severely affected by advance mining through numerical simulation,and the length of advance support should not be less than 19 m.Through theoretical analysis and combined with the actual production situation,it was determined that the advance support strength is not less than447.5 kPa.Based on the above research,the type of ZFDC81100/30.5/55D strong advance support group was determined to be used,the main technical parameters were given,and the design schemes such as narrow top beam,low mutual help mechanism and asymmetric bearing structure were analyzed.Practice shows that the design of advance support parameters is reasonable,the surrounding rock has been effectively maintained,which can meet the requirements of advance support in ultra large mining height face.
