一二次融合柱上开关控制可靠性模型与优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 随着信息物理融合系统在电网中的应用,一次设备和二次设备的融合(简称“一二次融合”)已成为柱上开关的重要研究方向和发展趋势,其主要目的是提升开关设备的可靠性和智能化水平。鉴于此,文中重点研究了一二次融合柱上开关的控制可靠性模型并提出了优化设计方案。根据柱上开关一二次融合后的新特性,建立其信息物理融合模型、柱上开关控制可靠性的单参量评估模型,评估模型涵盖真空度、电参量信息、分合闸线圈电流和通信方式4个维度,通过历史数据统计与专家法相结合的方式对柱上开关控制可靠性进行综合评估。提出了柱上开关一二次融合的优化设计方案,基于所建可靠性模型对新型柱上开关与传统开关的控制可靠性水平进行对比分析。评估结果验证了所建柱上开关控制可靠性模型的有效性,证明了所设计的一二次融合方案可有效提升柱上开关的控制可靠性。 With the application of information-physical fusion system in the power grid,the fusion of primary and secondary equipment(“primary secondary fusion”in short)has become an important research direction and development trend of pole-mounted switches.Its main purpose is to improve reliability and intelligence level of switch equipment.In view of this,the control reliability model of primary and secondary fusion pole-mounted switch and its optimal design is researched in this paper.According to the new characteristics of the pole-mounted switch,the information-physical fusion model and the single-parameter assessment model of and pole-mounted switch control reliability are set up.The assessment model covers such four dimensionality as vacuum degree,electrical parameter information,opening/closing coil current and communication.The control reliability of the pole-mounted switch is comprehensively assessed by combining historical data statistics with expert methods.The optimization design scheme for the primary and secondary fusion of the pole-mounted switch is proposed.The reliability model is used to compare and analyze the control reliability level of the new pole-mounted switch and the traditional switch.The effectiveness of the pole-mounted switch control reliability model is verified by the assessment result,proving that the designed primary and secondary fusion scheme can effectively improve the control reliability of the pole-mounted switch.
