桩基施工中的复杂地层实例分析及施工技术探讨 被引量:1

摘要 与传统的上层建筑设计施工不同,岩土工程勘查设计工作具有一定的不确定性,尤其是遇到复杂地层,单次勘查的结论往往不太准确,这就要通过多次勘查,加局部钻探验证辅之。依托杭州某大厦桩基工程,先后分析了该项目复杂地层展开的不同时期地质勘查情况,然后针对东侧局部区域钻进困难的问题,结合钻探、岩矿鉴定及强度检测验证其泥质粉砂岩上还存在硬质岩地层,最后简要探讨了整个工程过程施工技术的选择,并提出针对火山硬质岩采用旋挖钻钻进的方法,加快了施工进度并克服了掘进困难等问题,该工程的顺利进行为今后类似复杂地层的桩基施工提供了一定的参考。 Different from the traditional superstructure design and construction, the geotechnical engineering exploration and design work has certain uncertainty. Especially when it comes to complex strata, the conclusion of single exploration is often not accurate,which needs to be supplemented by multiple exploration and local drilling verification. Based on the pile foundation project of Hangzhou building, the geological exploration of the complex strata in different periods of the project has been analyzed. Then, aiming at the problem of difficult drilling in local areas on the east side, combined with drilling, rock ore identification, and strength detection,it is verified that there are still hard rock strata on the argillaceous siltstone. Finally, the selection of construction technology in the whole project process is briefly discussed, and the method of rotary drilling for volcanic hard rock is proposed, which speeds up the construction progress and overcomes the difficulties in tunneling.The smooth progress of the project provides a certain reference for the pile foundation construction in similar complex strata in the future.
